How can I get a receipt or transaction record for a purchase I made at Epic On The Go?

Introduction

Epic On The Go transactions are processed via Just Walk Out technology by Amazon. Transactions are processed through various payment processors depending on the location that you shopped at.

How to find your receipt

1. Visit https://www.justwalkout.com/receipts/
2. Select the country of the Epic On The Go store.
3. If you selected Canada, an option will appear if you need a tax receipt. Select the checkbox if this is required.
4. Enter the date that you made the purchase at the store. 
5. Select the method of payment that you presented to enter the store.
6. Depending on the method of payment used, you may be asked to enter:
   • Card brand
   • Expiration date
   • Last 4 of card number or virtual device number
7. Press "Continue".
8. If a transaction is located, it will be displayed. You will be able to click into the transaction to view details.

If you cannot find the transaction

Please note that shopping trips may not be immediately reflected. In some circumstances, it can take up to several hours before the shopping trip is reconciled and posted. Please try checking again later.
