FRAL manages the store, products, prices, on-site operations, and customer support. For the first few months of opening, Epic Ambassadors are available on site to explain how to shop, how the technology works, and what the store offers. They cannot access, investigate or resolve transaction issues. Customers should contact Epic Support for help with receipts, charges, returns or refunds.
