Frictionless Retail Associates Limited (FRAL) is not responsible for purchases, charges, or other consequences caused by an unauthorized person entering behind a shopper.
The shopper who authorizes entry is responsible for preventing unrelated people from entering behind the shopping group. Make sure the entire group is ready before opening the door, do not hold the door for anyone outside the group, and confirm that the full-size door closes after the last group member enters.
An unrelated person must use an accepted credit card to start a separate shopping session. Products taken by anyone who enters using another shopper's authorization may be associated with and charged to that shopper's session.
If someone enters behind you despite these precautions, do not physically confront the person or place yourself at risk. Notify building security if assistance is needed. Reporting the incident does not transfer responsibility for the shopping session to FRAL.
